Our digital hearing aids india come with either a 2-year or 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee*. Minor repairs to your hearing aids and ear moulds may be completed on the same day at your Decibel Speech and Hearing Aids Centres, although in certain circumstances you may need to leave your hearing aids with us. Repairs, which cannot be carried out on the premises, will be sent back to the manufacturer and returned to the centre.

Depending on your hearing loss and hearing aid availability, we may have loan hearing aids which you can use if your hearing aids are returned to the manufacturer for repair. Ask your hearing aid audiologist for further information.

All batteries are toxic and dangerous if swallowed. Keep all batteries (and hearing aids) away from children and pets. If anyone swallows a battery it is a medical emergency and the individual needs to see a physician immediately. One question often asked is “How long does the battery last?” Typically they last 7-14 days based on a 16 hour per day use cycle. Batteries are very inexpensive, costing 25 Rs each. Generally, the smaller the battery size, the shorter the battery life. The sizes of hearing aid batteries are listed below along with their standard number and color codes.
